Young people
Rock Solid is a lively club for 11's to 14's. The club exists to share the good news about Jesus through friendships, fun and interactive activities. It always includes a challenge to respond. For many young people, Rock Solid is the start of their journey to faith, and provides the foundations for their growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
We run Rock Solid at Sunderland Free Church in Stockton Road at 7 o'clock - Wednesday nights.
Youth Nite @ The Hub is for those who are 15 years and over - they meet at Sunderland Free Church on Friday night at 7.30 pm.
There are also two Youth Cell Groups that meet at the homes of Geoff and Andrea Forster and Pete and Esther Chilvers.
Once a month we join with about 800 other young people from the North East to worship God at iXTH HOUR. There is a speaker each month and Dance/Worship artists perform at each event. Yfriday lead the worship and Dependance regularly perform. Admission is £5 - held at Newcastle City Hall. Transport is arranged.
