International Students give Bethany City Church a wonderfully multi-national atmosphere and we love having our overseas friends around.

The Globe Cafe is a meeting point for British and International Students, every Thursday at Sunderland Free Church.  The Globe Cafe team will always make new visitors welcome and introduce you to others.  They also organise a number of trips to places of interest.

Make friends from all over the world

We have fresh coffee on tap and a variety of teas as well as nice nibbles to eat--and it's free! You are welcome just to come and chat or maybe play board games. We have table tennis, badminton and table football for the more competitive.
